Our new case study is live, this time from the world of pharmaceutical production. At Medinsa, an Aristo Pharma company based in Madrid, production scheduling operates under demanding conditions: thousands of operations, materials, and dependencies, complex processes, and the question of how a factory stays in control when things in day-to-day operations do not go as planned and the production schedule needs to be adjusted quickly.
