APRIL 5–8, 2027
Where Industry Decides What's Next
In 2027, Hannover will once again become a global meeting place for industry. From April 5 to 8, Hannover Messe will bring together companies, technologies, and decision makers from mechanical engineering, the electrical and digital industries, energy, and research. The event will also celebrate its 80th anniversary in 2027. Founded in 1947 as an export trade fair, Hannover Messe has accompanied and helped shape industrial transformation for eight decades.
Under the guiding theme “Where Industry Decides What’s Next,” the show will focus on some of the developments currently shaping industry most profoundly: automation, digitalization, artificial intelligence, intelligent production systems, and new technologies designed to strengthen industrial competitiveness. In doing so, Hannover Messe continues its long tradition of identifying major technological developments early, from Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things to artificial intelligence and connected production systems.
In 2027, the emphasis will be firmly on real world industrial applications. At a time of increasing competitive pressure, the focus is on technologies that can improve productivity, reduce costs, and create new competitive advantages in practice. Industrial AI will play a central role across a wide range of applications, from engineering and development to machinery and production lines, quality management, maintenance, robotics, energy management, and logistics.
Four Days of Industry in Hannover
In 2027, Hannover Messe will introduce a new four day format. From April 5 to 8, the event will concentrate technologies, industry dialogue, and international exchange into four intensive days. Spain will be the Partner Country of Hannover Messe 2027.

And of course, we will be there again. Hannover Messe has been a fixture on our trade show calendar for many years. It is where industrial practice, new technologies, and international perspectives come together, which is exactly why Hannover feels like home to us. We look forward to seeing familiar faces, making new connections, having insightful conversations, and experiencing four intensive days at the show.
