Fogel produces commercial refrigeration and freezer equipment in Guatemala. Fogel is a main supplier of coolers for some of the most important global cold beverages producers in the world. They manufacture up to 180,000 units annually.
Fogel implemented Asprova in 2004 for scheduling the production of low energy consumption coolers. They enjoyed immediate benefits such as improved information accuracy or quicker response times, which reduced production lead times by 40% and eliminated excess inventory. With Asprova they significantly improved their supply chain.
